As of the time of this writing I am using latest stable build, which right now is 0.0.4.0 here. I still however wanted my time played to count towards 'Played' time on Steam. The RCT directory contains the original scenarios from RCT1 already, but they can be removed and replaced with the recreations if desired. Thanks OpenRCT2 for coming to the rescue. Note that the exact recreations of the RCT1 scenarios are not needed to play OpenRCT2.
You can separate them by file date, as the RCT1 files are all from 1999 and the RCT2 files are all from 2002. Also includes a copy of the community-made RCT1 scenario recreations in RCT2 format (named ExactRCT1Recreations_20161023.zip, listed as the version original download link: ExactRCT1Recreations.zip).It is strongly based on the original game and therefore looks like, and plays like the real deal. Loading RCT1 scenarios and data (with css17.dat renamed to css50.dat, as is required) OpenRCT2 is a free open source version of RollerCoaster Tycoon 2.
This archive was put together from the lists on the OpenRCT2 wiki: These are all the files you need to be able to play OpenRCT2, aside from the OpenRCT2 program itself. Both sets of files have been taken from the original CD versions of each respective game. These files contain the graphics, sound, music, scenarios, and everything else needed to be able to play OpenRCT2.
